Adult Gi / No Gi
All regular Adult Gi and No Gi classes are designed for a range of skill sets - from anyone walking onto the mats for the first time, to a highly experienced grappler.
We are committed to focusing on and reviewing a new topic each month, such as takedowns, sweeps, submissions, positional control, and escapes.
As we go over these topics, we will also incorporate core concepts and BJJ related games that will help solidify the student's learning.
Adult Rolling classes are exactly that, rolling only. There is some form of rolling incorporated into all classes, but this is dedicated time to put your learning to work in live rounds! You may choose to roll with your Gi or No Gi - we recommend bringing attire for both.
-
Kids Gi / No Gi (4-13)
All regular Kids Gi and No Gi classes are designed for students to learn basic mobility, movements, and skills to create a foundation for future techniques.
In these classes, students will learn a series of topics such as takedowns, sweeps, submissions, positional control, and escapes.
-
Adult / Kids Comp.
Competition classes (Gi and No Gi) are designed for students who have already developed a foundation to BJJ and have a desire to compete one day, or for students who would simply like a harder challenge on the mats.
These classes will contain more specific competition based rounds, techniques, and mental preparation for future competitions.
-
Wrestling
Wrestling is a no-gi class focusing on integrating wrestling fundamentals into your BJJ game. There is an emphasis on effective takedowns, explosive takedown entries and stand-up control.
There are both adult and kids wrestling classes on our current schedule.
These classes are taught by Coach Ronin.

Skill Development
Skill Development is an adult class designed for students to take their learning into their own hands, while receiving feedback from the instructor and other students in the class.
Students can practice what we’ve been going over in class or what they’ve been watching/studying on their own time.
***These classes alternate Gi/No Gi on a weekly basis. Please check our Instagram or Facebook for updates, or Contact Us to inquire if you aren’t sure what week we’re on!

Open Mat
This is not a structured class.
Open Mat is "free time" to get together to roll, drill, or just come to hang out with the team. All open mats are free to all of our students as well as any other BJJ grapplers from different schools.
Open mats are subject to change and we recommend checking out our Instagram or Facebook page for any updates. Kids under 13 must be accompanied by a guardian unless discussed with staff.
